At Bag Zela, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely, anywhere in Pakistan.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan. [If you offer free delivery over a certain amount, add: Orders above Rs [amount] qualify for free delivery.]
Delivery Time
- Main cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faгерabad, Multan, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
- Other cities and areas: 4 to 6 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by [SMS / WhatsApp / email]. Our team prepares and dispatches your order within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive tracking details once your parcel is handed to the courier.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, so you can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. We also accept [Easypaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer] for advance payment.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. Bag Zela is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, re-delivery charges may apply.
